Vertex was founded in Florida in 2004 as a premier owner and operator of wireless towers. The Vertex Team is committed to providing expert service to nationwide carriers on a local level. Vertex's founder, Alan Ruiz has twenty-seven years of experience in the telecommunications tower industry and has been directly responsible for developing hundreds of sites.
Vertex's specialization in the Florida market and local communities has allowed Vertex to provide clients with a superior quality of work, stronger client communication, and greater attention to detail than its competitors. Alan Ruiz, Founder & Manager
Alan has over 27 years of experience in the tower industry. In 1997 he cofounded Acme Towers, Inc., which later merged with ClearShot Communications, LLC. In 2004 Alan founded Vertex Development.
Ryan Aufiero, Construction Manager
Ryan Aufiero is a seasoned Construction Manager with over 18 years of experience, specializing in tower site construction across both private and public sectors. Since 2006, Ryan has successfully led the development of hundreds of tower sites, showcasing expertise in sitework, tower erection, generator installation, and all phases of construction. With a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, Ryan is committed to excellence and innovation in the field of construction management.
William L. Brown, ECM, General Contractor
Bill founded Expert Construction Managers (ECM) in 2001. ECM performs all construction management and general contracting duties for Vertex. Working side-by-side since 2004, ECM and Vertex provide a level of service and quality that is unsurpassed in the tower industry. (CGC1504255)
